Adobe Acrobat Sign confirms one-to-many send for LP subscription closings

Adobe Acrobat Sign confirms bulk send for LP closings on its team plan (adobe.com/sign.html, Oct 26, 2026). Of four e-sign tools checked, Dropbox Sign and GetAccept are the only two with a published price.

Adobe Acrobat Sign's product page, read October 26, 2026, states "send a document to multiple signers at once to save time; recipients get their own personalized versions" -- the one-to-many send workflow a GP needs to dispatch subscription agreements to 20 or more LPs from a single template with each LP receiving their own tracked envelope. The feature is bundled into the Acrobat for teams subscription, described as including "unlimited eSignature capacity," but no price was stated on the page; all Acrobat for teams pricing routes through Adobe's subscription system. Of the four standalone e-sign tools checked for today's comparison (DocuSign, Dropbox Sign, Adobe Acrobat Sign, GetAccept), Adobe is the only one whose product page explicitly names the bulk-send workflow. DocuSign's pricing page was inaccessible and its product pages did not describe bulk send on the check date. Dropbox Sign supports bulk send through the API (from $75 per month for 50 signing requests), not the standard per-user product.

Terms used in this article

  • Subscription agreement A subscription agreement is the contract an investor signs to commit capital to a fund, stating the commitment amount, making representations about eligibility as an accredited investor or qualified purchaser, identity and source of funds, and agreeing to be bound by the limited partnership agreement when the general partner accepts the subscription.
  • KYC and AML KYC (know your customer) and AML (anti-money-laundering) are the checks a fund performs on each prospective limited partner before accepting their subscription: verifying identity and beneficial ownership, screening against sanctions and politically exposed person lists, and documenting the source of funds, with records kept for audit and regulatory review.
