Three of the ten fund administration providers we track publish a price
AngelList, Fundwave and FundCount publish what fund administration costs. Seven others quote per fund. What that means for a manager comparing.
Checked against our editorial standards
We checked the pricing pages of ten fund administration providers today. Three publish a number: AngelList (a formula of 0.1% of fund size plus $10,000 a year), Fundwave (tiers from $800 a month per fund) and FundCount (annual licences from $26,950). The other seven quote per fund.
For a manager comparing, this means the published prices set the floor of the conversation and nothing else does. Ask every quote-based vendor to price the same scope as the AngelList formula would for your fund size, then compare. The full table with links and dates is in the pricing benchmark.
